Privacy Policy
4Living Biotech respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect on www.4livingbiotech.com, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
1. Data controller
The data controller is 4Living Biotech, SAS, Campus de l’Institut Pasteur de Lille, 1 rue du Professeur Calmette, 59800 Lille, France, registered with the Lille Métropole RCS under number 888 149 150.
2. Data Protection Officer
4Living Biotech has appointed Data Value Protect as its Data Protection Officer (DPO). You can contact the DPO for any question about your data or to exercise your rights:

Required fields in the contact form are marked with an asterisk. Without them, we cannot answer your request. Please do not send health information or other sensitive data through the form.
4. Who receives your data
Your data is only accessible to authorised staff of 4Living Biotech and, where your request concerns them, of the other 4P-Pharma group companies (4P-Pharma, 4Moving Biotech, Dev4All).
It is also processed by our service providers, acting on our instructions:
- DeLaCrème, website development and maintenance (France)
- OVH SAS, website hosting (France)
- Microsoft Corporation, audience measurement through Clarity, only if you consent
We never sell your personal data.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Microsoft Clarity may involve transfers of data to the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Microsoft is certified, and on standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. You can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, contact the DPO (section 2). We may ask you for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubt. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and regular updates of the website.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, in particular when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
9. Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. We only use audience measurement cookies if you agree to them. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent.
Managing your choices. When you first visit the website, a banner lets you accept all cookies, refuse all cookies or choose by category. Refusing is as easy as accepting. We keep your choice for 6 months. You can change it at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
